Terms and Conditions/post pack benefits for Prepaid Vouchers

• An Airtel customer subscribing to Unlimited calling offer on MRPs 199, 219, 249, 299, 349, 355, 379, 409, 429, 448, 449, 479, 509, 549, 579, 589, 609, 619, 649, 799, 838, 859, 929, 979, 1029, 1199, 1798, 1999, 3599, 3999 shall benefit from 100% waiver on charges (except short codes and special numbers like 1860xx and short codes starting with 5xxxx for which subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs) for all Local and National Voice calls in Home and National Roaming for calls between mobile and Landline, for duration of respective validity offered in the specific MRPs
• An Airtel customer subscribing to Unlimited calling offer will get accretive validity if the subsequent recharge is done prior to expiry of current recharge, maximum validity accrual can be done for a period of upto 730 days, post which all subsequent accretive recharges will fail.
  • MRP 199, 219, 355, 479, 509, 589, 609, 1999 which offer unlimited voice with fixed Data are accretive only on the same individual price point i.e when current and subsequent recharges are done with same MRP.
  • MRPs 249, 299, 349, 379, 409, 429, 448, 449, 549, 579, 619, 649, 799, 838, 859, 929, 979, 1029, 1199, 1798, 3599, 3999 which offer unlimited voice with daily Data are accretive within this defined group of MRPs which offer Daily data benefits.
• Post consumption of daily data quota offered in MRPs 11, 49, 99, 249, 299, 349, 379, 409, 429, 448, 449, 549, 579, 619, 649, 799, 838, 859, 929, 979, 1029, 1199, 1798, 3599, 3999 customer will be able to use unlimited data at throttle speed of upto 64kbps.
• Post consumption of fixed data quota offered in MRPs 22, 33, 77, 121, 149, 161, 181, 211, 361, 199, 219, 355, 479, 509, 589, 609, 1999 customer will charged Data usage tariff of 50p/MB.
• It is clarified and stated that these offers are only meant for personal and non-commercial use, and is not intended for any commercial use, or special or enterprise plans. Airtel reserves the right to end/ suspend/modify the Offer/services in specific cases of commercial use, or any fraudulent use.
• Commercial usage is considered where data usage is beyond 300 GB in 30 days.
• MRPs 11, 22, 33, 49, 77, 99, 121, 149, 161, 181, 211, 361 are Data Top-Up recharge available to only Airtel Prepaid customers with active outgoing service validity.
• Daily quota of SMS benefits offered in MRPs 199, 249, 299, 349, 355, 379, 409, 429, 448, 449, 509, 549, 579, 619, 649, 799, 838, 859, 929, 979, 1029, 1199, 1798, 1999, 3599, 3999 packs, are applicable for Home and National Roam for SMS between mobile numbers (except short codes and special numbers starting with 5xxxx for which subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs) upto limit as prescribe in the specific offer. Post 100 SMS/Day SMS tariff of Re1 / Rs. 1.5 per SMS for Local / National SMS shall be applicable.
• Fixed quota of SMS benefits offered in MRP 219, 479, 589, 609 packs are applicable for Home and National Roam for SMS between mobile numbers (except short codes and special numbers starting with 5xxxx for which subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs) upto limit as prescribe in the specific offer. Post the fixed quota or 100 SMS/Day SMS tariff of Re1 / Rs. 1.5 per SMS for Local / National SMS shall be applicable.
• Plan Voucher 609 has a per second pulse rate.
• Airtel customers who recharge on Prepaid products – 549, 1029 & 3999 will get Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription as per the validity mentioned in respective MRPs.
• The Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription shall be activated upon successful recharge with respective MRPs.
• 12 months Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription is provided on the first instance of recharge of the respective product. For e.g. when a Customer recharges with an eligible product offering 12 months of Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription on 1st January and subsequently recharges with an eligible product again on 1st May of the same calendar year, then the Customer Membership shall still expire on 31st December of the same year.
• 3 months Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription is provided on the first instance of recharge of the respective product. For e.g. when a Customer recharges with an eligible product offering 3 months of Disney+ Hotstar Mobile subscription on 1st January and subsequently recharges with an eligible product again on 1st February of the same calendar year, then the Customer Membership shall still expire on 31st March of the same year.
• Roaming benefits are not available for the state of Jammu & Kashmir.
• For illustration purpose 28 days are equated to 1 month
• All validities expire at midnight.
• All MRPs are available across all service areas and applicable to all Plan Vouchers.
• Actual Data consumption is dependent upon multiple factors which are beyond the control of the TSP. This may include but not limited to, end customer devise, type of data usage (browsing, streaming, download), website latency etc.
