Terms and conditions/post pack benefits for prepaid vouchers
- An Airtel customer subscribing to Unlimited calling offer on MRPs 199, 219, 239, 249, 299, 349, 355, 379,
398, 399, 409, 429, 448, 449, 469, 489, 548, 549, 579, 589, 609, 619, 649, 799, 838, 859, 929, 969, 979,
1029, 1199, 1798, 1849, 2249, 3599, 3999 shall benefit from 100% waiver on charges (except short codes and
special numbers like 1860xx and short codes starting with 5xxxx for which subscriber will be charged
applicable tariffs) for all Local and National Voice calls in Home and National Roaming for calls between
mobile and Landline, for duration of respective validity offered in the specific MRPs.
- An Airtel customer subscribing to Unlimited calling offer will get accretive validity if the subsequent
recharge is done prior to expiry of current recharge, maximum validity accrual can be done for a period of
upto 730 days, post that all subsequent accretive recharges will fail.
- MRP 199, 219, 239, 355, 469, 489, 548, 589, 609, 1849, 2249 which offer unlimited voice with fixed
Data or no Data are accretive only on the same individual price point i.e when current and subsequent
recharges are done with same MRP.
- MRPs 249, 299, 349, 379, 398, 399, 409, 429, 448, 449, 549, 579, 619, 649, 799, 838, 859, 929, 969,
979, 1029, 1199, 1798, 3599, 3999 which offer unlimited voice with daily Data are accretive within this
defined group of MRPs which offer Daily data benefits.
- MRPs 239, 399, 969 available only in Mumbai circle. MRP 448 available only in Assam circle.
- It is clarified and stated that these offers are only meant for personal and non-commercial use, and is
not intended for any commercial use, or special or enterprise plans. Airtel reserves the right to end/
suspend/modify the Offer/services in specific cases of commercial use, or any fraudulent use.
- Commercial usage is considered when the data usage is beyond 300 GB in 30 days.
- MRPs 11, 22, 26, 33, 49, 51, 59, 77, 99, 101, 121, 149, 151, 160, 161, 181, 211, 361 are Data Top-Up
recharge available to only Airtel Prepaid customers with active outgoing service validity.
- MRP 59 is available in Haryana and North East circles only.
- All Customers who are active on any unlimited voice pack that gives daily data benefits can opt for
weekend rollover data pack by recharging with 59 pack. This pack will allow accumulation of unused daily
data from above type of packs, remaining at the end of the day every day from Monday to Friday for use
on the subsequent Saturday and Sunday. In case the accumulated data is not exhausted on subsequent
Saturday and Sunday the same shall lapse at mid-night of Sunday (intervening night of Sunday and Monday)
and a fresh accumulation cycle will start from Monday.
- The SMS benefits offered in respective MRPs are applicable for Home and National Roam for SMS between
mobile numbers (except for short codes, and special numbers starting with 5xxxx for which subscriber will be
charged applicable tariffs) upto limit as prescribe in the specific MRP, post that standard SMS rates are
applicable.
- Standard SMS rates of Re.1 Local | Rs.1.5 STD | Rs.5 ISD per SMS in home location and 25p Local | 38p STD
| Rs.5 ISD per SMS in national roaming are applicable.
- Plan Voucher 609 has a per second pulse rate.
- The JioHotstar Mobile subscription as offered in respective MRPs shall be activated upon successful
recharge.
- 12 months JioHotstar Mobile subscription is provided on the first instance of recharge of the
respective product. For e.g. when a Customer recharges with an eligible product offering 12 months of
JioHotstar Mobile subscription on 1st January and subsequently recharges with an eligible product again
on 1st May of the same calendar year, then the Customer Membership shall still expire on 31st December of
the same year.
- 3 months JioHotstar Mobile subscription is provided on the first instance of recharge of the
respective product. For e.g. when a Customer recharges with an eligible product offering 3 months of JioHotstar Mobile subscription on 1st January and subsequently recharges with an eligible product again on 1st
February of the same calendar year, then the Customer Membership shall still expire on 31st March of the
same year.
- Roaming benefits are not available for the state of Jammu & Kashmir.
- For illustration purpose 28 days are equated to 1 month.
- All validities expire at midnight.
- All MRPs are available across all service areas, unless otherwise specified.
- Actual Data consumption is dependent upon multiple factors which are beyond the control of the TSP. This
may include but not limited to, end customer device, type of data usage (browsing, streaming, download),
website latency etc.
