Terms and conditions/post pack benefits for prepaid vouchers
- Airtel customers subscribing to price points 199, 219, 299, 319, 349, 355, 379, 398, 399, 409, 429, 449, 469, 489, 548, 579, 589, 598, 609, 619, 649, 799, 838, 859, 929, 979, 1029, 1199, 1729, 1798, 1849, 2249, 3599, 3999 which offer Unlimited calling will receive a 100% waiver on charges for all local and national voice calls (mobile to mobile and mobile to landline) within Home and National Roaming areas, valid for the duration of the respective price point. Note: Charges may apply for calls made to short codes and special numbers (e.g., 1860xx and short codes starting with 5xxxx) as per applicable tariffs.
- Airtel customers subscribing to Unlimited calling offer will get accretive validity, i.e. if the subsequent recharge is done prior to expiry of current recharge, subject to specific conditions mentioned below. The maximum validity accumulation can be done for a period of up to 730 days. Any recharge which exceeds the validity accumulation limit of 730 days will not be successful.
- Price Points 199, 219, 355, 469, 489, 548, 589, 609, 1849 & 2249, offer unlimited voice calling with fixed Data or no Data benefits, give accretive validity only when same price point recharge is repeated, i.e when subsequent recharge and current recharge price points are same.
- Price Points 299, 319, 349, 379, 398, 399, 409, 429, 449, 579, 598, 619, 649, 799, 838, 859, 929, 979, 1029, 1199, 1729, 1798, 3599 & 3999, offer unlimited voice calling with Daily Data benefits, give accretive validity when both existing and subsequent recharge is done with any of these price points.
- Price Point 399 is available in Jammu & Kashmir, Odisha, Bihar, Delhi and Karnataka circles only.
- It is clarified and stated that these Price Points are only meant for personal and non-commercial use, and are not intended for any commercial use, or special or enterprise usage. Airtel reserves the right to end / suspend / modify the Offer / services in specific cases of commercial use, or any fraudulent use.
- Commercial usage is considered when the data usage is beyond 300 GB in 30 days.
- Price Points 22, 26, 33, 39, 49, 51, 77, 99, 100, 101, 151, 161, 195, 279, 361 are Data Top-Up recharge available to only Airtel Prepaid customers with active outgoing service validity. On price points 39, 49 and 99 if multiple recharges are done within existing validity the pack will become accretive.
- Price Point 39 is available in Uttar Pradesh (East), Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu circles only.
- The SMS benefits offered in respective Price Points are applicable for Home and National Roam for SMS between mobile numbers (except for short codes, and special numbers starting with 5xxxx for which subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs upon sending the SMS) up to limit as prescribed in the specific Price Point, post that standard SMS rates are applicable.
- Standard SMS rates of Re.1 Local | Rs.1.5 STD | Rs.5 ISD per SMS in home location and 25p Local | 38p STD | Rs.5 ISD per SMS in national roaming are applicable.
- Plan Voucher 609 has a per second pulse rate.
- Customers availing Amazon Prime membership as offered with packs 838 and 1199 shall be bound by the Amazon’s terms and conditions as available on amazon.in/primeterms.
- The JioHotstar Mobile subscription as offered in respective Price Points shall be activated upon successful recharge.
- 12 months JioHotstar Mobile subscription is provided on the first instance of recharge of the respective product. For e.g. when a Customer recharges with an eligible product offering 12 months of JioHotstar Mobile subscription on 1st January and subsequently recharges with an eligible product again on 1st May of the same calendar year, then the Customer Membership shall still expire on 31st December of the same year.
- 3 months JioHotstar Mobile subscription is provided on the first instance of recharge of the respective product. For e.g. when a Customer recharges with an eligible product offering 3 months of JioHotstar Mobile subscription on 1st January and subsequently recharges with an eligible product again on 1st February of the same calendar year, then the Customer Membership shall still expire on 31st March of the same year.
- Users must install the respective OTT apps to access content while recharging with packs 279, 598, 1729.
- Netflix Basic and JioHotstar Super can be watched directly on the respective App, while Zee5 Premium content is accessed via Xstream Play app with in-app integration.
- Customers must claim Netflix and Zee5 through Thanks App, while JioHotstar Super and Xstrream Play Premium is auto activated.
- Renewing packs with same Price Point recharge before expiry of existing validity shall extend OTT validity automatically. If recharge is done post expiry, respective OTTs must be claimed again.
- In case multiple recharges before expiry, shall impact OTT benefits, as below:
- The OTT benefits are accretive in nature when Price Points 598 & 1729 are recharged interchangeably.
- Combining Price Point 279 on Price Point 598 or Price Point 1729 shall offer Netflix, Zee5, and Xstream benefits in parallel, while JioHotstar benefits are accretive in nature.
- Netflix running in parallel shall require separate account creation.
- Customer to remain active as Airtel Prepaid customer for the complete duration of the pack to enjoy the OTT benefits.
- Airtel is entitled to suspend or modify the OTT subscription provided with specific packs or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Airtel’s reasonable control.
- Roaming benefits are not available for the state of Jammu & Kashmir.
- For illustration purpose 28 days are equated to 1 month.
- All validities expire at midnight unless otherwise specified.
- All Price Points are available across all service areas, unless otherwise specified.
- Actual Data consumption is dependent upon multiple factors which are beyond the control of the TSP. This may include but not limited to, end customer devise, type of data usage (browsing, streaming, download), website latency etc.
