Terms & Conditions SUK Plan / PV 128

• For new connection, First Recharge Coupon (FRC) is mandatory for activation.
• It is mandatory to do a recharge with a voucher of Minimum Rs. 128 or above to avail services post tariff validity period. In case of recharge with PV-128 or top up voucher greater than Rs.128, service validity will be extended by 30 days. In case of recharge with STV/ Combo Voucher greater than Rs. 128 the service validity will be extended with validity of respective Combo/ STV Voucher.
• In case no recharge is done with a voucher of Minimum Rs.128 or above at the end of the validity period, and customer has main account balance equal to or greater than the minimum combo voucher available for recharge at that point of time, then the customer account will be debited with the minimum CV available and benefits of the available Combo Voucher will be credited to the customer account. Customer is also free to recharge with the products available in the market and avail the benefits of the respective recharge.
• In case of non-recharge with a voucher of Minimum Rs. 128 or above at the end of tariff validity period and customer main account balance is less than the value of the minimum Combo Voucher available, Airtel reserves the right to provide the plan benefits in a curtailed manner at its own discretion during the grace period of up to 15 days. In case of non-recharge with a voucher of Minimum Rs. 128 or above post the grace period, all the services will be suspended.
• The mobile connection will be deactivated if there is no voice/ video call (outgoing or incoming) or an outgoing SMS or a data session (upload or download) or usage of Value Added Services, for a continuous period of 90 days and in case the main account balance is less than Rs. 20/-, at the discretion of Airtel. Upon deactivation, all account balances will be forfeited and a grace period of 15 days will be provided within which the subscriber can retain the deactivated number by paying a fee of Rs. 20/-. If the subscriber main account balance is Rs. 20/- or more, a number retention charge of Rs. 20/- for every 30 days will be automatically deducted and the non-usage period will be extended by 30 days.
• All existing customers can subscriber this plan by recharge of Rs. 128
• The tariff plan will be available to any subscriber for a period of atleast 180 days from the date of recharge with PV 128.
