Communication and training

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Board of Directors (or any duly authorized committee of the Board of Directors) of the Company, shall approve, review and oversee the policy from time to time.
  • The Management has the role to set strategic directions, communicate this policy to all stakeholders, provide necessary resources to ensure the effective implementation of this policy, as well as monitor the environmental, health and safety performance for continual improvement.
  • All employees, suppliers, contractors, and business partners should comply with this policy.

Monitoring and Review

This policy will be monitored and reviewed on an annual basis. This is to ensure that it is still valid and in line with the current local and global context by complying with environmental laws & regulations as well as responding to potential risks and opportunities.
