How do I see the offers available on online recharges?

Login while making a recharge or download the Airtel Thanks App to see the latest available offers, discounts, or coupons. The app provides eligible customers with these discounts and promo codes on every recharge.

Can I upgrade my existing plans while recharging the services?

Yes, Of course, you can. You need to follow a similar process of recharging your mobile number and select a new prepaid plan instead of the regular one.

What are the steps involved in completing the online recharge?

It’s easily done through the Airtel thanks app. All you have to do is log in to the app, choose ‘Prepaid’ from the manage tab, select your pack and complete the payment process.

Can I cancel my recharge after completing the recharge process?

No. Users can’t cancel a recharge after the recharge is successful.

How will I get the refund if the recharge process fails in-between?

If your Airtel recharge is unsuccessful, you will get the refund within 7-days. In case you are not getting the same, you may contact customer care at 121.

Do we get any OTT subscriptions with online recharge?
