Details of network capacity fee (effective from 1st Mar’2020)

• Primary Connection NCF = Rs. 130 (w/o tax) + Rs. 23.4 (GST) = Rs.153.4 (Total Price with tax) for subscription upto 200 SD channels and Rs.160 (w/o tax) + Rs.28.80 (GST) = Rs.188.80 (Total price with tax) for subscription to channels greater than 200 SD channels
• Secondary Connection NCF =Rs. 52 (w/o tax) + Rs. 9.36 (GST) = Rs.61.36 (Total Price with tax) for subscription upto 200 SD channels and Rs.64 (w/o tax) + Rs.11.52 (GST) = Rs.75.52 (Total price with tax) for subscription to channels greater than 200 SD channels
• One HD channel shall be treated equal to two SD channels for the purpose of calculating NCF
• Airtel customers subscribing to any pack or creating their own pack containing any number of paid channels, can avail complimentary access to upto 200 FTA channels at no extra cost to them
• These complimentary channels (as one single top-up) are optional and available to all Airtel customers
• In case a customer does not wish to continue with this complimentary top-up/channels, he/she can unsubscribe the top-up at any point in time
• In case if the customer opts for a few/ limited FTA channels on a-la-carte basis out of the complimentary top-up, then NCF will be applicable as per the relevant NCF slab specified in the TRAI regulations.
• This complimentary top-up to the customers is being provided by Airtel at its sole discretion and without prejudice to its right to modify the composition of the top-up and/or discontinue or withdraw the top-up without any notice/ refund to the customers
