• You will receive an OTP. Send the OTP to 54325 in this format – Top <OTP>
• Wait for the confirmation text.
• Post confirmation, the [channel will be added to your DTH pack.

You can also add channels directly from your Airtel Digital TV.

Via Airtel Digital TV

• Put channel number 998. This channel is used for managing your DTH account.
• Use the directional keys to reach the ‘Add Channels’ option. Click on that tab.
• Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
• After this, you will receive a confirmation code on your TV screen.
• Send that code to 54325.

The channel will be added to your DTH pack. You will be charged for the channel from the day the channel was added.

Via Airtel Thanks app

The Airtel Thanks app can also be used for adding a channel in your DTH pack.

• Open the Airtel Thanks app.
• If the DTH account has the same registered number as the app, your DTH account will already be reflected in the app.
• Tap on the ‘services’ tab on the home screen. Then select DTH.
• Now click on the ‘add channel’ option to add any channel in your pack.
• If you wish to add a single channel, tap on a-la-carte.
• Find the channel you wish to add and confirm it.
• Tap on ‘confirm’ and proceed to make payment for the channel.
• The new channel will be added to your current DTH plan within no time.
