Follow the below steps to change your DTH plan online using our official website.

Note: All our services can be managed online using our Airtel Self-Care Portal. This is also called as the Subscriber corner. You need to login using your service ID and the OTP you will receive on your registered mobile number.

• Visit Airtel’s Self-Care Portal online on your phone or laptop.
• Here, you need to login using your registered mobile number or service ID. If you can’t locate your Digital TV service ID, please check the TV menu displayed on the TV screen.
• Now, enter the Service ID or mobile number and wait for the OTP.
• Enter the accurate OTP and click on the login button.
• Once logged in, locate Digital TV section on the portal and click on it.
• Scroll down to find Manage TV Channels option. This feature will help you to see your existing DTH plan and help you change it.
• Now click on the Edit current plan button present below the current plan details.
• Next menu will help you decide your new plan. Go through all available plans in entirety and make your selection. You can also compare the prices.
• Take your pick and hit on Select this Plan button. Review once more and click on Go to Summary button.
• Complete the Airtel Dish TV plan change process by clicking on the Confirm & Charge button.

Airtel USSD code

You can’t exactly change your entire DTH plan using USSD codes. But you can add or remove channels from your Airtel DTH pack using Airtel USSD codes.

• Type ADD <Channel no.> <customer ID> and send to 54325 to add channels.
• SMS REM <Channel no.> <customer ID> and send to 54325 to remove channels.

You need to send these SMS(s) from your registered mobile number.

Airtel DTH Channel

You can also use Channel number 998 for an Airtel DTH plan change. The 998 channel on your Airtel Digital TV is used to manage your DTH account. Add or remove channels from here. Follow the instructions displayed on your television screen to change the DTH channel.
