Follow the below steps:

• Download the latest version of the Airtel Thanks app from the Google Play Store or App Store.
• Log in using your mobile number.
• Tap on the ‘pay bills’ shortcut from the home page of the app.
• Click on ‘more’ to locate the landline icon under the utility header.
• Tap on ‘broadband/landline’ and proceed.
• Select your landline operator and enter your account number or customer ID. (You can locate this on your landline bill. It goes by different names)
• Tap on ‘Proceed’ for the payment window.
• You will be able to see your due bill amount.
• Select a payment mode and complete the payment on the app itself.

How to pay Airtel Landline Phone Bills?

• Open the Airtel Thanks app and head to the bill’s section in the app.
• Tap on ‘broadband/landline’ to proceed.
• Select Airtel Broadband/Landline from the operator’s list.
• Choose between DSL ID, Landline number, and Mobile number. Enter the same and click on ‘proceed.’
• You will be able to see your due bill.
• Enter the bill amount and proceed with the payment.
• Make the payment online on the Airtel Thanks app.

You can download e-bill for your Airtel landline services from the bill section of the app. Here’s how you can do the same.

• Tap on ‘pay bills’ on the home page.
• Scroll down to tap on ‘e-bill settings’ and add your landline connection here.
• Click on broadband and enter your landline number.
• You will receive an OTP on your mobile number. Enter the same and proceed.
• Once the service is added, you will be able to download the e-bill from the app itself.

For other operators, the bills can be downloaded from the ‘previous bills’ section. It is located next to e-bill settings in the app.
