Step 1

If already downloaded, open the Airtel Thanks app on your smartphone. If you have not downloaded the app, you can do so from the Google Play Store or iOS store.

Step 2

Locate the ‘Pay’ or “Bank” option on the bottom of the screen. Tap on it.

Here, you will see a header named ‘Recharge & Pay bills.’ Different services are listed as follows:

Find your operator and select from the drop-down.

You need to enter the Customer ID or BP number or consumer code etc., to proceed.

Hit ‘Proceed’ after entering the number.

You will be able to see your gas bill and see an option to pay it directly using the Airtel Thanks app. If you pay your gas bill using the Airtel Payments Bank or Airtel Money Wallet, you will be eligible for a cashback of Rs. 20 for a bill of Rs. 700 and above.
