Currently Disney+ Hotstar does not support more than one screen with a single Disney+ Hotstar subscription. In case you see an “error” that you are trying to access VIP content from more than one device, please check if someone is already streaming a video at the same time from another device using your account. To watch on your device, make sure the other user has stopped video streaming on the their device. In the “error” message you also have the option to “Log out of all devices”. By completing this, you’ll be able to continue with your log in on your device. Alternatively, within “My Account” section, there is also the option to log out of all devices.
Q14. If I uninstall the Disney+ Hotstar app, can I install the app again using the same number?
Yes, the subscription is independent of app install or uninstall
Q15. If I want to upgrade to Disney+ Hotstar Premium subscription, will the balance period get adjusted?

1. What are the new Netflix plans on Airtel Postpaid?
Airtel is introducing two new exclusive Netflix plans for Postpaid customers. The details of the plan are -
- 1199 – 150GB monthly data, 2 free addons (30GB each), free subscription for Netflix basic, Amazon Prime and Disney+Hotstar
- 1599 – 250GB monthly data, 3 free addons (30GB each), free subscription for Netflix basic, Amazon Prime and Disney+Hotstar
2. Which Nsetflix subscription is available with Netflix Postpaid plans?
- Netflix Basic (worth Rs 199) at 1199 plan with no extra cost
- Netflix Standard (worth Rs 499) at 1599 with no extra cost
3. How can I activate/ de-activate my Netflix subscription?
- To Claim benefits, visit 'discover Thanks' option on our #Airtel Thanks app
- Click on “Netflix claim now”
- You will find your eligible Netflix plan; click on proceed
- You can’t opt out from the Netflix Plan since this is a default inclusion of your Airtel Plan. Please note that you aren’t charged any extra amount on top of your monthly service fee when you maintain Netflix Mobile as your bundle.

- Click on Netflix upgrade and choose your preferred plan
7. How long is my Netflix subscription valid for? Will I be charged anything extra for subscribing to Netflix?
Your subscription is valid till the time you are on the eligible Airtel Postpaid plan (1199/1599). In customer case opt-in for Netflix upgrade via Topup (150, 300 & 450), additional monthly recurring pro-rated charges would be applicable on top of your monthly bill.
8. Am I supposed to sign-up on Netflix in every bill cycle?
No, once you’ve claimed and sign-up completed with Netflix , you can enjoy Netflix without claiming again. The benefit will only be applicable if the customer continues to be on the Netflix eligible plan or upgrades to the next eligible rental.
9. I already have an active Netflix subscription on my account with Airtel X-stream fiber. Can I still avail this Offer?
Yes. As part of our Postpaid plans (1199 & 1599), you can continue streaming on Netflix.

Airtel Xstream Mobile Pack FAQs
Q1. What will be the validity of the OTT channel unlocked on the Xstream app?
It will be 30 days (for the 119 pack) starting from the day when you unlock the channel on the app
Q2. s there any claim window within which I have to claim the free channel benefit?
TClaim Validity Starts from the Date of Recharge and the user will have to claim the free channel benefit within the claim period.
For 119 data pack, the claim period is 30 days (ie customer will have to unlock the free channel benefit within 30 days. Upon unlocking, the customer then gets 30 days of subscription validity from the date of unlock.)
Q3. Which channel partners can I claim with the Xstream mobile pack recharge?
Customer can only unlock those Xstream channels that are bundled with the xstream mobile pack at the time of claiming - irrespective of when the customer had recharged to avail the offer. The latest list of bundled xstream channels will be available on the website along with the recharge details.
Q4. If I have claimed a channel after my first recharge, and I do a second recharge, can I claim the same channel again?
If the user has already claimed 1 particular channel and it’s validity is yet to expire, then on the subsequent unlock the unlocked validity will be added to the existing validity ( accretive validity is applicable on same channel unlock)
Max accretive validity for a single channel at any given point of time is 180 days.
Q5. How do I know if I have a subscription to be claimed ?

Can I use this app from multiple countries?
The app is currently available for use in India and Sri Lanka. You can use the App from multiple location in these countries provided you have an active data connection or have songs stored in Offline Mode (downloaded songs or MP3).
For users on International Roaming, the app is available for use for 28 days every quarter.
What is the difference between in-app download and purchase?
You can download songs on your Wynk Music App by subscribing to any Wynk Premium subscription. Once downloaded, the song will always play offline i.e. you do not require any network or data connection for it, but you should have an Active Wynk Premium Subscription. Only for Airtel users, this feature is available by default. You can play the downloaded songs from within the app only. Find your list of downloaded songs in the My Music section of the app.
When you purchase a song / album on Wynk, it is stored as a permanently downloaded MP3 file on your mobile device. You can play that song in any player and transfer the song across devices. You don’t need to be a Wynk Premium user to purchase songs. You can find your list of purchased songs in the My Music section of the app.
Song purchase is only available to users in India.
Is there any limit to the number of songs I can stream on Wynk?
On the free version of Wynk Music, users registered with an airtel mobile number can stream an unlimited number of songs ( thanks users). Users registered with non-airtel mobile numbers or Non Thanks segment can stream 200 songs per month.

How do I delete a song?
Deleting a downloaded song is simple and easy.
You can delete the downloaded songs by swiping them to the left just like the normal deletion process of iOS devices.
You can delete the downloaded songs by long press over them just like the normal deletion process in Android.
Where are my downloaded songs stored in the app?
Your downloaded songs are stored in your external memory / SD card by default. However, they get stored in your phone memory in case the app does not find any space in the SD card or no SD card is present.
The 'Downloaded Songs' section in 'My Music' shows you how much storage space is used by your downloaded songs.
Kindly note that the downloaded songs are stored in an encrypted format and can only be played through the Wynk app.
How can I download songs on the app?
You need an active Wynk Premium subscription to download songs on the app. Airtel users get unlimited streaming and downloading as a special offer for free! ( For Thanks or Wynk Premium subscription)
To download songs, simply click on the blue download icon against any song. Once subscribed you can download unlimited songs and play them offline.
Where I can find the downloaded songs?

How can I set a Hello Tune for a song?
To set your hello tune for your favourite song, take the following steps:
1) Play the song
2) Open the Player screen by tapping on the Mini player bar at the bottom
3) On the Player screen, you’ll notice a phone music icon next to the download
song icon (just below the song artwork)
4) Tap on it and set the Hellotune of the song
5) Confirm the selection and let your friends enjoy your Hellotune
6) You can change your hellotune unlimited times from the Hellotune Management

Are there any monthly charges or Song change charges?
Hello Tune on Wynk app is absolutely free for Airtel Thanks tier users. Once you setup a Hello Tune on Wynk, it will be activated for the next 30 days. You can change the songs as many times as you want at no charge.
To extend the validity of the Hello Tune, all you need to do is renew the same song or set up a new tune to update the free validity to next 30 days
For the Airtel Non tier users,
They can avail a 14 day Free HT Trial. Post that they have 3 options
1) Upgrade to a pack with Thanks benefits
2) Upgrade to any Wynk Subscription pack (Rs 29/ Rs 89/ Rs 299)
3) They will see an option to pay 15 INR for the Hellotunes only after their first
month of usage of the Wynk music app. They can avail the unlimited HT for a month

Can I create my profile - album / special tunes/ Name tunes profile through Wynk app?

How to remove Pre tune / message playing before my song?
To remove Pre tune,
- Go to Wynk app

Can I set Hello tune in offline mode?
No. Setting up Hello Tune will require you to have an active internet connection

We have removed the service to like / favorite songs and are working towards bringing it in a new avatar. Please keep an eye out for the same.

How much does it cost to use the app?
Wynk Music is a FREE app. Everyone can browse music and play up to 200 songs per month for free. If you are a user with the Airtel Thanks benefits, however, you are eligible for free downloads, Hello Tunes and unlimited streams for lifetime. Furthermore, Platinum users get ads free music on top of all the benefits to the Thanks users.
Downloads and Ad Free music experience is free for the first month for all the users. A complementary 14 day Hello tunes trial is given to all the Non Thanks users.
What are the charges for streaming?
When you play a song on the app, only data charges apply. Non-airtel users need to purchase a Wynk Premium subscription if they want to listen to more than 200 songs per month
What are the charges for downloading?
Only active Wynk Premium users will be able to download songs on Wynk. Users can choose from a host of pricing options available. Go to ‘My Account’ tab to check the best plans available for you. Airtel Thanks users get unlimited streaming and downloading as a special offer for free!

Do I need to sign-up on Wynk?
In order to stream more than 200 songs in a month or download songs for offline playback the app requires you to sign-up with your mobile number.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up with your mobile number. Your mobile number is your unique ID
How do I receive the 4 digit OTP?
The 4 digit OTP shall be shared with you on your mobile number that you entered as your unique ID. Please check if you have entered the correct Mobile Number to register.
You can also use the Call Me button, to get the OTP from IVR.
I did not receive a 4 digit OTP, what now?
Click on 'Resend' to generate a new OTP. You can also use the Call Me button, to get the OTP from IVR.
What is my mobile number needed for?
Your mobile number is your unique ID. It helps us maintain downloaded songs, streaming limits and track your subscription.
Can I be registered with two mobile numbers?
No, you can register with only one number at a time on any device. To create an additional account, you will need to register with a different number on a different device.
I am already registered but I have reinstalled the app. Do I need to register again?
We try to auto-register you when you reinstall the app on same device or launch the app on airtel mobile data. If you are not auto-registered, you need to register again with your mobile number and verify the OTP. Your playlists, subscriptions and downloaded songs library will be maintained.
I have registered using a wrong mobile number. How can I fix it?
Registration can only be completed after you verify the 4 Digit OTP sent on the mobile number you entered. You can change your mobile number from the “My Profile” section of the My Accounts tab. You can enter the correct mobile number in case you had entered a wrong mobile number.
Can I register with my Facebook Account?
No. Currently we only support registration using your mobile number.
Can I have multiple accounts on the app?
Since you are registered with your mobile number, you can have only one account. To create an additional account, you will need to register from a different number on a different device.
Can I change my username?
You can change your username from the “My Profile” section in the My Accounts tab

How can I search for songs?
You can search by entering your search text in the search bar at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can tap on the voice icon and speak the name of artist, album, song or a playlist that you are searching for.
Can I request my favourite song if it is not available in the app?
We regret that we are not able to find the song you are looking for. Please drop us a note with the song name and we will try our best to bring the song to you. To drop us a note, please go to ‘My Account’ -> ‘Help & Support’ -> ‘Contact Us’ on your Wynk Music App.

What is Wynk Premium?
Wynk Premium subscription allows you to stream and download unlimited songs within the app. It Data charges apply while downloading or streaming a song on Wynk Premium.
What is the validity of my subscription?
Validity of your subscription depends on the pack that you have purchased. You can check the validity from the “My Account” tab.
Do I have to subscribe every month or will my subscription get auto-renewed?
Monthly packs will be auto-renewed. In case you want to stop the auto renewal, you can deactivate the pack from My Account. Quarterly & Annual plans are renewed automatically if you pay through Google Play or iTunes. If you pay through any other payment option, Wynk Premium will expire once your validity is over. To continue getting the benefits of Wynk Premium, subscribe again from ‘My Account’ tab.
What is Inactive period?
If your Wynk subscription is not renewed after its validity expires, your subscription gets into a grace period of 3 days. During these 3 days, you can continue to play downloaded songs without internet but you will not be able to download new songs. To enjoy listening to your downloaded songs offline, purchase a Wynk Premium subscription.
What is a Promo Code?
Promo codes are distributed from time-to-time either through our partners or directly to our users.
We also run several other campaigns for our users to listen to their favorite music for free / at a discounted price. Some of these campaigns include 1st month free unlimited subscription for all users, free ad-supported subscription for Airtel customers, discounted quarterly/annual subscriptions and so on.
As a Wynk Premium user, you can download and stream unlimited songs, without any ads. However, data charges will be applicable on both. Once downloaded you can listen to the songs offline.
What is Auto Renewal?
For a seamless Premium experience, we offer an automatic renewal on certain plans & payment options. Monthly packs will be auto-renewed. Quarterly & Annual plans are renewed automatically if you pay through Google Play or iTunes. If you pay through any other payment option, Wynk Premium will expire once your validity is over. To continue getting the benefits of Wynk Premium, subscribe again from ‘My Accounts’ tab
I don't want to get renewed. How do I switch it off?
To turn off Auto renewal, go to My Account and then Deactivate the current plan. You will continue to get the benefits till your validity expires.
Playlists
How can I create a playlist?
You can create a playlist from the queued songs by clicking on ‘Save’ button. You can also add individual songs to a Playlist by clicking on Overflow button >> 'Add to Playlist'. Similarly, you can add multiple songs from a list by long press >> selecting the songs and clicking on ‘Add to Playlist’ button.
Can I rearrange songs in my playlist?
Long press on the song and then drag-and-drop the song to reorder them.
How can I add a song to an existing playlist I created earlier?
When you click on ‘Save’ option against a song, you would get an option to ‘Create New Playlist’ or select an existing playlist that you created earlier
How can I delete a playlist?
Playlists can be deleted by long pressing the created playlist in the My Playlists section in My Music tab and then pressing the Delete (dustbin icon) on the top bar.
How can I share my playlist?
You can share your own created playlist with your friends by clicking on Share (blue button) after opening the playlist. This will make the playlist public hence the people that you share it with can see all the songs of your playlist.
How do I make my playlist private? OR How do I stop sharing my playlist updates? OR How do I hide my playlist from others?
Your playlist followers will get updates whenever you make changes to your playlist. If you don’t want to share your playlist anymore, you can select 'Make Playlist Private' from the overflow menu of the playlist screen. This will hide your playlist content from all your followers.
What does followers on my playlist represent?
All the people that you share your playlist with can follow your playlist. They will get updates every time you add songs to your playlist and hence will stay updated with the latest version of your playlist.

Streaming quality and Data connectivity
What is the quality of songs available on the App?
You can stream or download songs at HD (320/256 kbps), High (128kbps), Medium (64kbps) and Regular (32kbps) rates. The app has adaptive streaming which means that we automatically adjust the quality depending on the coverage and connection speed you are getting. You can change the default rate on your device by going to 'Settings' >> 'Music Preferences' >> 'Song Quality'.
I chose to play songs in HD quality but it is still playing at High quality only. Why?
While we have a large collection of songs available at HD (320/256 kbps), few songs, particularly old ones, are not available in HD. In such cases, the song is streamed or downloaded at the best available quality.
What does 'Auto' song quality mean?
When you choose 'Auto' song quality, we detect your network speed and stream songs based on your network speed.
What connection do I need to use the App?
Wynk works on both mobile internet and Wi-Fi.
Privacy
Why am I being asked for my mobile number?
Your mobile number is only for registration/verification purposes and will not be displayed to other users.
How is my information being used?

Radio is a collection of non-stop music catalogued by various channels. Simply select a radio channel and sit back and listen to un-interrupted music.
Why can't I listen to songs on repeat on the Radio?
Radio works like a continuous playstation to give one a seamless playing experience, if you wish to listen to a specific song please play it on the app player with repeat on
Can I download songs from the Radio?

What is My Station?
My Station is a non-stop radio station that is personalized just for you. It tries to understand the kind of music you listen to, and plays songs as per your liking.
Can I share My Station or any other Radio Station?

SecurePalm Mobile Security prevents the download of malicious and infected applications over-the-air. SecurePalm network protection layer is focused on protection from MiTM attacks through hotspots and Wi-Fi networks. It does not, however, block communication sent with, Bluetooth, or IrDA interfaces.
19. If I had ignored a virus warning earlier, how can I remove the virus?
You can run a manual scan to see the warning again. If you ignored the warning of a malicious application, SecurePalm Mobile Security will automatically remind you to remove the threat the next time you run the application.
20. I have not checked for SecurePalm Mobile Security updates in a while. Am I still protected?
SecurePalm will still scan regularly in the background, however, please do ensure that the application is updated regularly to maximize the level of protection offered. Either check in the application’s setting that it will update automatically or perform a manual update on a regular basis.
21. How can I see when SecurePalm Mobile Security was last updated and when it performed the last scan of my mobile phone?
The last update to the app will not be displayed however, you can perform a manual check and update of the app at any point.
The last scan performed of the mobile device will be shown on the screen when you launch the app.
I am worried about data charges.
SecurePalm uses a minimal amount of data to scan your applications. The application
uses between 2-10Mb a month, depending on the number of applications installed on
the phone that has to be scanned through and the scanned traffic.
